Overview

This Software License Agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee", "you", or "your") and Giblets Creations ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of the Cascade Compounding Engine ("CCE") software and associated products.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any CCE product (Cloud, Node, or Pocket), you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this License, Giblets Creations grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the CCE software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You MAY:

Use the software for personal cryptocurrency trading
Access the software on devices you own or control
Monitor and analyse the software's behaviour
Share general observations about performance (not proprietary logic)

You MAY NOT:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Extract, copy, or replicate the CCE strategy or algorithms
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software
Use the software for commercial purposes without written permission

2. Intellectual Property

All CCE software, including source code, algorithms, state machine logic, user interfaces, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of Giblets Creations.

3. Proprietary Information

The CCE strategy, including state transition logic, entry/exit conditions, and risk management rules, constitutes confidential and proprietary information.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not to disclose strategy details to third parties or attempt to reverse-engineer the methodology.

4. Product-Specific Terms

CCE Cloud

Subscription-based SaaS. Monthly term. Cancel anytime. 30-day money-back guarantee for first subscription only.

CCE Node

Perpetual, device-specific license. You own the hardware; we license the software. License is non-transferable upon resale of hardware. 1-year hardware warranty.

CCE Pocket

Subscription-based mobile app. Requires active Cloud subscription OR Node ownership. 14-day free trial.

5. Disclaimers

CCE IS A TOOL, NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE.

Giblets Creations is not a financial advisor. Use of CCE is entirely at your own risk.

PAST PERFORMANCE ≠ FUTURE RESULTS. We make zero guarantees about future returns, profitability, or execution reliability.

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK. You may lose money using CCE. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giblets Creations shall NOT be liable for financial losses, missed trades, data loss, or third-party service failures.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific CCE product in the 12 months prior to the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software.

8. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Introduction

At Giblets Creations, we believe in sovereignty and privacy. We collect only the data necessary to provide the CCE services (Cloud, Node, Pocket) and improve our ecosystem.

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data We Collect

Information You Provide

Account Information: Email address, name (for billing/shipping).
Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe/PayPal (we do not store full card details).
Preferences: Notification settings, dashboard configurations.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage Analytics: Anonymised data on how you use Cloud and Pocket.
Device Information: Device tokens for push notifications (Pocket).
Performance Metrics: Simulated portfolio data (Cloud) and execution logs (Node, stored locally).

3. Data We DO NOT Collect

Exchange API Keys: CCE Node stores these locally on your device, encrypted. CCE Cloud does not require them. We never see your keys.
Real Trading History: Your Node execution history stays on your Node.
Personal Financial Information: We do not track your net worth or total holdings outside of CCE.
Location Data: We do not track your physical location.

4. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the CCE services.
To process payments and orders.
To send important notifications (state changes, subscription updates).
To provide customer support.
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary for operation:

Payment Processors: Stripe, PayPal.
Infrastructure: Cloudflare, Railway, Vercel (hosting).
Notifications: Apple (APNs), Google (FCM).

6. Data Retention

Account Data: Retained until you delete your account.
Logs: Server logs retained for 90 days.
Analytics: Anonymised data retained for 12 months.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
Object to processing of your data.
Export your data in a portable format.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the CCE Ecosystem websites (including cloud., node., and pocket. subdomains) or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply in addition to the Software License Agreement.

2. Description of Service

Giblets Creations provides a suite of tools for cryptocurrency trading analysis and execution:

CCE Cloud: A web-based simulation and observation platform.
CCE Node: Hardware and software for local execution.
CCE Pocket: Mobile application for monitoring.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the services for any illegal purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.
Use the services to transmit malware or harmful code.
Harass or abuse our support staff.

5. Risk Disclosure

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. The CCE Ecosystem provides tools to assist with decision-making and execution, but you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and financial outcomes.

We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, or specific financial results.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may link to or integrate with third-party exchanges (e.g., Binance). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or terms of these third-party services.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
